By registering with DBM email dbeezo@gmail.com and website you 'the client' agree to the terms and conditions of use. All DBM content is intended for client's of DBM use only. DBM does not allow the use of DBM website or images and storys's to be used without licensing agreement and related directly to the business terms agreed to by DBM and client. DBM does not allow use of images and story's unrelated to your business license agreement with DBM. Client is not allowed by registering with DBM to download, copy, or re-transmit any or all of the contents of DBM without, or in violation of a written license agreement with DBM. DBM retains the full copyright and ownership of any image retreived from DBM website and use of image and story's are licensed to client only. Client agree's that it is the client's responsibility to notify DBM any and every time an image or story is used in any medium including digital, print, web, television, mobile device and future digital delivery platforms, client agrees to notify DBM by phone, text and a primary email notification to DBM at address dbeezo@gmail.com. Notification must include all of the uses of DBM images, story's and dissemination there of. Licensing details must be complete and include outlet name, circulation, region, size and number of images used, length of license and price offered, until a reproduction fee is agreed to by Daniel Beaman Media. The credit byline must read 'Daniel Beaman Media' and must accompany the image and story licensed. Incompliance of the terms and conditions above may result in legal action.
